The company is under the personal management and supervision of Stephan Menzies RICS together with the assistance of the experienced and qualified team. As a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Stephan has been successfully practising for over 25 years specialising in the house building sector. During this time he has worked with the leading house builders, redeveloping major land holdings in London and the Home counties as well as internationally. Our skilled design team are extremely well travelled, this ensures that whilst our developments are exclusive and luxurious. We use the latest materials and building technology whilst still maintaining the authentic styles in our developments. This is a free after sales service to assist with design choices, delivery arrangements, furnishings, decorating and landscaping for your property in Cyprus.
In addition we have developed a maintenance company (Tranquil Estates) in order to ensure that our developments are maintained to the standards that we expect. Our headquarters are located in Kyrenia approx 5 minutes from its town centre.
